No yearly contract, if you are not satisfied, you can cancel at any time.
Monthly membership of $15 per club, and $25 visit charge each time a service visit is requested for repair, part installation, or diagnose. Additional cost may apply if parts* are needed for repairs. Gym and Fitness Center Repair Membership is currently available only in the area of Orange County.
