Our Preventive Maintenance includes the following:
1. Waxing or unit lubrication
2. Checking all functions on unit
3. Check and lubricate walking belt
4. Walking belt adjustment
5. Inspect and adjust drive belt
6. Inspect and adjust motor belt
7. Check and inspect walking deck (board)
8. Unit calibration
9. Clean the motor and electronics on unit
10. Check cables and bolts of unit
The above are performed depending on type of unit to be serviced. Not all of the above may apply to your unit.
The preventive maintenance is recommended to be performed at least every 3 months for units that are used in a commercial setting, and at least once a year for units that have a residencial use.
